tried to update the scan tool using the pc software. a couple of the updates failed. also before i was able to connect to my 2005 ford escape with no problem. after the update when i try to do auto scan it tells me there is an error and to email some kind of code to autel. is there a way for you to email me the full sd content to i can put it back on the sd car like the way it was before? -

Hmmm, in my knowledge, the version which we put in the server for our users to download is the latest.If the new version could not test your vehicle, pls take a picture to show me this problem and send it to support@auteltech.com.
